If you are uncertain about whether an electric scooter suits your needs, we will leave one of our demonstration models with you for up to 7 days so you can enjoy the experience. Enjoying a really good test run will ensure you will feel comfortable and confident that a mobility scooter is for you.

Your safety is one of our prime concerns so this is why we take you through a comprehensive orientation and safety program when we deliver your new scooter.
We ensure you are familiar with all aspects of the scooter so you confidently use it safely indoors and out.

No Surprises Service Guarantee

All our scooters have a reputation for reliability however your scooter will still need to be serviced or possibly repaired at some time during its working life.

If we need to visit you at home we bill a standard call out fee depending on your location which includes the first 15 minutes on site. Many clients arrange for their scooter to be bought to our premises and this means there is no call out charge, either way, give us a call anytime.

Whilst we do offer a call-out service, the RACQ also offers roadside assistance free of charge. We will explain both service benefits and procedures.

We will also let you know in advance when your scooter is due for a mandatory service so you can budget the fee for service and arrange a suitable date.

Free Advice and Resale Service

We are proud to offer you advice for the life of any of our products, just give us a call and we are happy to help you.

Should you ever want to resell your mobility aid, we offer a resale service for certain products; give us a call for any help and guidance.
